1. General provisions

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the websites nevel24.pl and nevel24.com (collectively, the “Website”), operated by Nevel sp. z o.o., ul. Tadeusza Wendy 2B, 52-407 Wrocław, Poland.

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the Website.

2. Definitions

  • Service Provider — Nevel sp. z o.o., owner and operator of the Website.
  • User — any natural or legal person accessing the Website.
  • Website — the web pages available at nevel24.pl and nevel24.com, including all sub-pages.
  • Services — warehouse rack servicing, inspections, installation, surveying and tyre storage services provided by Nevel sp. z o.o.

3. Scope and nature of the Website

The Website is informational in nature and presents the Service Provider’s offering in the area of warehouse infrastructure services. The Website allows Users to:

  • learn about the services offered by Nevel sp. z o.o.,
  • contact the Service Provider via the contact form or the contact details provided,
  • submit a service request or request a quote.

Information on the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of applicable contract law. Service agreements are concluded separately, based on individual arrangements between the parties.

4. Acceptable use

Users agree to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms of Use, and good practice. In particular, it is prohibited to:

  • post or transmit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of third parties,
  • take any action that may disrupt or prevent the functioning of the Website,
  • use the Website to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam),
  • copy, reproduce or distribute Website content without the Service Provider’s consent.

5. Intellectual property

All content published on the Website — including texts, graphics, logos, photographs, videos and source code — is the property of Nevel sp. z o.o. or its partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Copying, modifying or distributing any materials from the Website without the prior written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

6. Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that Website content is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • consequences arising from a User’s use of the Website in breach of these Terms,
  • damage resulting from interruptions to the Website caused by technical issues or force majeure,
  • the content of third-party websites linked from the Website,
  • unauthorised access to User data where such access results from circumstances attributable to the User.

The Website may contain links to external websites. The Service Provider has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or the privacy practices of their owners.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from use of the Website or the provision of Services shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered seat, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.

Consumers have the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms, including via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
