Wheelsystem racks (WS SF.20, WS SM.40, WS F.90, WS M.120) are designed exclusively for wheel storage — with adjustable guides, optimum tilt angle and compatibility with WS trolleys. They maximise the number of wheels per m².

Frequently asked questions about Wheelsystem
Wheelsystem is designed for anyone who stores and handles tyres in larger volumes: car dealer networks, tyre and exhaust workshops, seasonal tyre change centres, transport fleets, tyre distributors and logistics centres. Systems scale from a few hundred to tens of thousands of wheels.
Yes. The product range includes racks for passenger car wheels (up to 19″), light commercial and SUV tyres (up to 22″), while the F.90 and M.120 models handle truck and agricultural wheels. The guides are adjustable, so a single system can accommodate different sizes within one facility.
Wheelscan optically scans tyre size, tread depth and wheel number — the RFID version reads a chip in a fraction of a second. Data is exported in standard formats (CSV, API) compatible with most DMS and WMS systems. Integration is discussed individually at the implementation design stage.
A starter set (racks + trolley) typically takes 1–2 days to install. A complete system for a workshop handling 2,000–5,000 wheels per season takes 3–5 days. Large seasonal centres with a feed line and IT integration are quoted and scheduled individually — implementation usually takes 2–4 weeks.
Yes. As an authorised distributor we provide full after-warranty service, access to genuine Wheelsystem spare parts and Polish-language technical support. You don’t need to contact the manufacturer in Sweden directly — Nevel handles everything.
Yes — we offer the opportunity to visit a reference customer who already uses the Wheelsystem. Get in touch and we’ll match the reference to your business profile and volume. In selected cases we can also arrange a visit to the Wheelsystem factory in Sweden.
